Refund policy

If the item doesn't turn out exactly as you dreamed, we'll be happy to exchange it, refund it or give you store credit (excluding shipping costs).

The process is quite simple — just keep the following points in mind:

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

  • The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.

  • We do not refund shipping costs. This is because we have no control over the cost of delivery services.

  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you believe the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with the highest priority.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopwatera.com, informing us of the order number and whether you are requesting an exchange, refund, or gift card. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - EXCHANGES

  • The shipping costs of the new items will be on us. As soon as we receive and approve your return, we’ll send you the new items free of charge.

  • If you choose a gift card, we will send you a discount code equal to the value of the item in order to use it on our website. For a new purchase, the discount code must be added at checkout and can be used within 90 days, so you can choose new products calmly.

  • We don't guarantee a stock of products, as we have items coming in and going out all the time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - REFUNDS

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopwatera@gmail.com.

  • We are not responsible for the incorrect use of your items, or for washing them improperly. We always suggest that you consult the CARE section.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will not be included in your refund.

  • Unfortunately, refunds do not include sale items or gift cards.

  • We will not accept swimwear pieces without hygiene protection, so do not remove them unless you are certain to keep the product. Make sure that the bag that came with the bikini set is returned along with it.
