- All orders are shipped from Portugal;
- Orders are shipped at the same day or on the next working day;
- Orders will be delivered to the chosen address.
Portugal:
- For mainland Portugal, our orders will be delivered by NACEX.
We offer the E-NACEX service. All deliveries within 24 hours.
If you place an order on a weekday before 3pm, you will probably receive your order the next working day. If you place your order after 3pm, your order will only be packed and shipped the next working day.
- For the Portuguese Islands (Madeira and Azores) our orders will be delivered by CTT and may take an estimated delivery between 2 to 3 working days.

All non-EU countries may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs fees are unique to each country and are charged once the package arrives at its destination. If applicable, you will receive an email from the carrier with a secure link to complete the payment.
If the customer refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, WATERA reserves the right to deduct any associated costs — including return shipping — from the total refund.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for you to follow.

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
You can only change the address of your order if it has not yet been shipped.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We do our best to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at info@shopwatera.com with your name and order number — our team will be happy to assist and track your package for you.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADDRESS ACCURACY AND RETURN COSTS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is correct.
If a package is returned to our address in Portugal due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
Any delays or additional fees caused by customs policies or local regulations in the destination country will also be the customer's responsibility.
To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend reviewing all delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.
